Being mindfull throughout your day can help you to reduce anxiety and stress. We have all heard this, read this and wish we could do this. Taking a simple task of making your bed (or beds) and thinking of only that moment. Putting pride in your task, doing your best and breathing through it will actually limit the anxiety that you will feel. After all you will not be thinking of the 30 other things that need to be done that day.
